I have an NTSC-U Wii with Bootmii installed as boot2. I'm more than willing to test. Hell, I'll even brick my Wii on purpose just to test this

Great! What region is your wii? I don't want to make it install the wrong one by mistake.

Just make sure you have a bootmii backup and I'll send you a build 20 mins or so.

my first test:
i used setting replace tool to backup my settings.txt
then i run fullbrick fixer and says:

wii settings NOT found on FAT
download wii settings? (USA)
rebooting...

It never worked for me. AFAIK it doesn't. I had a hell of a time with getting unbricked.
Nobody ever told me how the settings install went.

Still looking for testers.

It installs setting.txt aswell. It's basicly an all in one.
If you were to just install the menu if you deleted it, it wouldn't do anything. You would still need setting.txt installed afterwards.

Oh, I thought it was a MINI app. Sorry. So how is this different from, say a WAD installer or dop-IOS MOD, you could use either of those to install a System Menu and some IOS and whatever else. Not knocking your app, just wondering if there is anything different to it.

Runs on bootmii? I don't quite get what you mean there.
You would also need HBC access.

So it runs from HBC and restores your menu. So it would use whatever IOS apps run with.

Can you explain what it is and what it does? Is it a MINI app? If so, does it install WADs or does it get stuff straight from NUS? Can it delete stuff from NAND (such as bad banner channels etc.)? Does it format the Wii like comex's app?

It has been remade. :)

What is does?
It will install System menu and system settings.

Legal?
Should be. It will download setting.txt if it isn't found on the SD card.

Why was it made?
I had to go through a lot of crap with people who deleted their system menu.
So I made a quickfix for fullbricks.

What does it need?
Trucha Bugged IOS
Gamecube Remote
Internet Connection
SD Card

Does it let me play backups?
No.
