Unstubbed ios 222 v4 or 249 v9

Today (1/17/2011) my wii forced me to update. I don't know why because it wouldn't let me before because of the homebrew channel. So now it is telling me I need unstubbed ios 222 v4 or 249 v9. It told me to go find out how to do it and then come back and see it. So here I am trying to figure out how to do this. I am pretty stupid about doing stuff like this so please be patient. If this is posted twice with different wording, I am sorry. My post is not showing up.
