Snes9xGx picture issues.

So I was playing Earthbound, when I noticed walking for an extended period of time made the screen twitch a bit. So, without knowing what I was doing, I tried to fix it by fiddling with the video options. I clicked something that said 480p progressive and now the screen shows up black, (only for earthbound) but their is sound. I can still control it, i just have no idea what I'm doing because i can't see it. Is there a way to fix this?
