Question about rules I have a question about the rules. Emulators run roms so why would they get you banned? I mean don't you need them for the emus? Personally I think that rule should say "ROM links will get you banned instead of ROMS will get you banned. Could we possibly get a change of rules? So a "homebrew ROM" is a NDS file made using devkitARM and libNDS (NDS equivalent of devkitPPC and libOGC for the Wii, the toolchain and SDK used for creating homebrew). Whereas a "commercial ROM" is one built using the official Nintendo SDK (AFAIK, for the DS it is named Nitro SDK or something like that, after the DS's codename during production).
