Wii Shop Channel goes to System Menu when starting it

I have a 3.3U and used WiiSCU to update the shop channel. The install went fine and got no errors and rebooted. When I click on the Shop Channel it goes to its intro screen but when I click start, it takes me right back to the System Menu. Am I missing something? I did not update anythig else on my Wii.

I obviously have Homebrew Channel and DVDx installed but incase there is something else that may end up having to be installed on the Wii in the future since we are still waiting for an exploit to be released for 4.0. I would prob be willing to update the required IOS but not sure which one according to what bg4545 says. I just dont want something else to stop working :P
