Help with Apps!

I've been tryin to find out for a while if you can copy an app/emulator (i.e snes9x) from your SD card and place it permanently on the wii or in the Homebrew Channel, is this possible? Or is there an other way of getting the apps permanently to the Wii?

Hope someone can help.
