How do you get the SNES emulator to work?

How do you get the SNES emulator to work? I followed the intructions from the WiiBrew wiki page - download this file, and then extract it's contents into your SD card. I then plugged it into my Wii, checked the SD menu and checked Homebrew Channel, and nothing happened. I pressed "1" and clicked on the SD card button, but to no avail. Do I need to download something else before this will work? I would download straight from the Homebrew Channel, but the internet setup in my room at uni precludes the Wii's WiFi connection.
