I was reading some info in this forum, found out that my Wii has a low level brick (black screen at first), after installed update from Mario Tennis, which was ntsc-u, but my wii is also ntsc-u. I didnt have bootmii installed, unfortunatelly.. My bad. I'm waiting for the weekend to get a GC controller to test savemiifrii, but as i've read from other people with same look-a-like problem, i dont think it might work... You will need:

- Flash programmer (can use Infectus 2);
- A donator working compatible Wii;
- Soldering/Desoldering skills / assistance;
- Betwiin (and needed bundle software).

Here are some previous help topics. I am in trouble like you. And the same facts happened to me, like you case. The difference is my Wii is a NTSC-J, and the game i did the update was NTSC-J, same region like you.
