Internet Channel Update (Flash 9)

Is it somehow possible to make the Internet Channel support Flash 9?
Or is it possible to use a Linux with Firefox or so installed and access the internet from there?
Wasnt able to find if the ethernetdriver is working now...or not and on-screen-keyboard.

The TV-Stations here upload their content on their webpage, but unfortunately the Flash 7 Player of the Wii Channel is too outdated to open them. Saving the *.flvs is complicated because of the smtp-protocol...and is not very handy.
