I've been trying to hack my Wii for the past several hours with no success, I access channels via data management, and upon selecting the SD card tab the system simply freezes. This is a bit of progress as before I had a "?" file on my SD card which turned out to be the incorrect version of the installer, I know have the correct one though. any ideas? Couple notes. One thing i've noticed in reading is that generally the "installer.elf" file needs to be renamed to "boot.elf" however I found a file named "boot.elf" in the hackmii folder, and no "installer.elf" file, there's also a folder named "wiiload" containing more stuff, does any of this additional stuff need to be on the SD card as well?
