Wii Shop Error 205958 How to fix?

Hello guise.
I'm a new member and I'm glad I can post my question here.
I having a problem with my wii shop channel so I want to ask for help.
I have a Japanese wii but I used any region changer to to change wii system menu 4.1U and I also updated to 4.3U.
Well, I can't understand Japanese language and that was my problem.
But the problem is I can't get the wii shop channel.
When I get into the shop channel it says like previous country was Japan and current country is United States so I press OK to continue.
Next screen was the enter the club nintendo account so I enter US wii shop account.
I just created today for my US wii shop.
I entered all my information and press OK but error message popped up and it says like error code 205958.
I can't get the wii shop channel so I need help.
My wii has a homebrew channel installed and I'm ready to go.
First thing I tried:(Delete wii shop channel and reinstalled using TOP-Mii wiibrew version.
That just what I tried and I still get the same error.

This may be tricky without being able to read Japanese but you may be able to figure it out. Deleting the account will remove all access to purchased content from the Japanese Shop, if any.
- Once the Japanese account is deleted you are free to change the Shop region in AnyRegion Changer.
- Start up the US Shop and it should work like normal.
