It's waninkoko's save manager compiled with the latest devkitPro setup as of an hour ago... I'm not sure if it works with SDHC (it should) but I have tested it with a normal SD card.
Just rename it to boot.dol and put it in a folder in your apps folder.
SD:\apps\savegame-manager\boot.dol
