Just was digging, saw all that, and was like WTF is dat. LOL

Honestly before I realised it could be for online content filtering, I thought you (or someone else) might have used that as "padding" for some unexplained reason.
But now as I'm learning more and more, I see that: A) you wouldn't do that in the first place. and B) I should research more before posting questions.
