I've got the latest version of Homebrew that's compatible with Wii mode on WiiU, but it's not actually on the WiiU yet. I was thinking of using the WiiU Transfer Tool to send everything to the WiiU, but I was wondering if it would also send the Homebrew Channel since it's apparently WiiU compatible now. Does it work like that? And if it doesn't, would sending everything through cause the system to detect Homebrew Channel and mess something up? Another question, does the Wii U Transfer Tool move all Wii data to the WiiU or copy it?
