Hello World error

***SOLVED***

After several searches through previous threads, and finding no solution that has worked for me I decided to post

I'm trying to compile the hello world file, but keep getting this error

make[1]: *** [/c/projects/wii/helloworld/helloworld.elf] Error 1
"make": *** [build] Error 2

Also my Makefile is in the same folder as my project.

You're using the programmers notepad IDE?

This sounds like an install problem. Perhaps you should try reinstalling devkitPRO (I originally had a similar problem until I reinstalled).
