Execution problem of example

Hello:
I'm trying devppc and I'm having problems. The example program coming with it compile and link just fine, but when i send dol file to wii it froze(black screen and no reset action).

SO: Vista home edition

What's the example you are sending?
What is the server you are using on the Wii? HBC ?
What's the windows client you're using? wiitcpload ?
