RPG?

Hi there, I'm new here and I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of the most preferred graphics library for an rpg?
I plan on having sprite based characters.

It depends, really.
Libwiisprite & grrlib would probably do what you need, but SDL has also been ported to wii.

Libwiisprite for C++
GRRLIB for C
Libwiigui if you're a really hardworking C++ programmer
MLIB if you want more direct control over GX and you're a hardworking programmer
RevolutionEngine if you want a 3D library
