CheatManager and Gecko 1.9.2

==Gecko 1.9.2==

Im new to all this, but I appears that Gecko1.9.2 saves reads the .GCT file in this directory *:\data\gecko\codes. If I use CheatManager is by default saves the .GCT file to *:\codes and Gecko won't read it from this location. Am I doing something wrong or has something changed? When I use CodeManager (PC version) is loads to the default *:\data\gecko\codes. This is a pain to have to pull the SD card out of the WII and put it in the PC to re-write a different .GCT file if I want to change code. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is not coding related and does not belong here.

Anyways, Gecko OS checks if his own codes folder exists, if yes, it only uses that. If you would move all codes to /codes/ and delete the Gecko OS codes folder it should work directly, and all other apps i know that support Ocarina look there too.

Its really really easy.

Just

1. look up your code for said game here:

2.Copy the code to notepad and name it nameofGame.gct <---- put the name of the game in nameofgame

3.open codemanager.exe (this is everywhere)

4.lookup your gct and put it in there. make it and choose
which codes you want to use.

5.Make the gct and export it to your code folder which is in the parent dir of the sd
card.If theres not a code folder there then make one.(Not in apps)

6.Put the game you wanna cheat on in and fire up Gecko 1.9.2

7.Cheats should already be enabled in options but if you wanna check just
look in there. It should say something like sd cheats on

8.start the game within gecko, and it should say sd cheats found. Applying
Success or somethin like that.

9.your good 2 go!!!
