Reprogram sEEPROM

Hoi,

I am wondering how can you reprogram the sEEPROM on a Wii, I have a korean Wii and want to delete the Korean key inside the sEEPROM.

How can this be done, trough software on the Wii, or do I need a hardware programmer?

You simply need to use AnyRegion Changer which can be found here

No that wont remove the Korean common key from EEPROM. Apparently, region changers leave it there, and System Menu 4.2 checks for it, and if its there, gives an error 003, because you've obviously done a region change. I dont know how to remove it I'm afraid, although I guess it should be possible, seeing as its EEPROM.

Oh, wow really.
I stand corrected.
I didn't know that they left the key in there.
Looks like someones gonna have to update a region changing program to do that as well.

If it can be done, can it be done via software on the Wii?
