DevkitPPC Installer for Mac

I know it exists yet I cant find it anywhere. I really just need an easy way of installing the environment so I can start developing. I have tried countless things to get Xcode to work with this but have had no luck. Thanks for any help you can give.

There are only .tar.bz2 files not an installer at that website. (that's the first place I ever looked.)

download and extract those files manually. There is only an automated installer for Windows afaik.

Yeah I know about installing manually its just that I have never gotten it to work properly. There is an installer for r14. Bushing made one and posted it here but the download link is broken.
