Library for mii graphical representation

Is there an existing library to get the graphical representation of a Mii on a user's console? If not what would it take to make one for libwiisprite?

I once wanted to do something like this...
basically I would take the images used by one of those online flash mii editors and just throw into the libmii rotating & sizing those images using grrlib... 2d of course....

but then gave up since it requires a lot of work and I don't have much time to spare for this.
