Where can I get the tremor oggvorbis lib neede for snes9x?

I am having trouble compiling snes9x. I can get the the whole thing to compile, but the linker fails because it can't find -lbvorbisidec.a. Their wiki says download and install [www.devkitpro.org] devkitPPC r18. But I only see r17 there and the main page says r18 is not released. I tried several things including the SVN libogc. I managed to get the .h files for the lib, but not the .a. If anybody could let me know where I could get my meathooks on this, it would be great.

Why is that even needed?
Anyway, if you got the source code, just build the library file yourself.

Just copy the compilation prereqs from libwiigui onto your libogc folder, see: [code.google.com]

The oggvorbis lib isn't part of libogc, at least I don't think so. You still need SVN libogc for libiso9660, though.
