Xbox 360 disc format

Does anybody know anything about the 360's disc format?

Is there a Wiibrew.org Wiki equivalent for the 360?


I want to find out, how the region-lockout is stored on the discs.

same way as DVDs I assume? but not all 360 games are region locked. only some

Not really, there is a hack for early 360's but it's not widespread and requires specific iso versions.

... And the reason for this is Microsoft for once got it right by creating a community and giving homebrew developers XNA. Yes I know XNA is sucky and probably does not give developers full access to the system.

ha! Got it right? First (and last) time they got it right was Windows 98! XNA is absolutely horrible! My cousin's friend used it once and said that you can't even use like half of the processing power! That's stupid!!!!!
