i know there is a nintendo one, but is there a homebrew one i can download?

Nope. Only legal homebrew channel is Homebrew Channel. All others are illegal. And there is currently no homebrew web browser but there are one or two in development.

As far as i am aware there are two in development WiiXplore by me and WiiBrowse by scanff, jsmasters and others. My one is focusing on networking and scanffs is working on the html parser and renderer so it is likely that they will join depending on time

We hope to implement flash since it there is a GNU lib for it, but HTML5 might replace flash
