Is it possible to detect the OS that is running in a makefile. I'm trying to download and install devkitPRO on my flashdrive(got it to work for linux) and I want it to use a different set of rules for different OS's.

Maybe via a system environment variable? Just a guess :)

I'll try that, I was wondering if there was another way. Makefiles are not my strong suit
