How would one go about doing this? Or can only a mod do it?

Yes, you can, but only if you were the original poster. To do it, click underneath where it says "Subject" when you're editing the post. Then, just change the text. I'll do it right now, but it will only change the subject of my post, not the whole topic, if that makes sense.

Just look above the date on my post. I'll change it. :P

Edit: Oh, and a mod can change any topic name, because they can edit anyone's post.

Yes, but you have to edit your first post, then it will change. :P

See, I have a topic called "Hackmii Update". I'll go change it to something else....There, I changed it to "Update From Bushing". If you look at the reply's, notice how they all still say "Hackmii Update".
