Some questions about wikis

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask, does anyone know if its ok to put a space in a wiki name? or if there is some limit on it? I'm just curious, since we have a wiki, if anyone who got it started knows.

Yeah, a space is represented as an underscore ( _ ) so a page such as Gecko_OS shows up as Gecko OS.

thanks, but, actually I mean the name of the wiki itself, not just a page name, I know there is a "wiibrew:About" page, so I was wondering if having a space in the name, such as: "Wii brew:about" would mess it up
I may not bother trying it, but I'm still quite curious.

Ok, scenario one
My wiki name is "Wiibrew"
the about page is always called "[Wikiname]:About"
so it is in this case [[Wiibrew:About]] is the syntax used in the code of the page
link works fine

Scenario 2
the wiki is named "Wii brew"
so the link to an about page is always [[Wii Brew:About]]

What I'm wondering is if a space like in scenario two would cause major problems in wiki structure.

I think I'll just test the dang thing myself...

Oh I see; no that would be the same concept as Gecko OS. Using [[Gecko OS]] goes to /wiki/Gecko_OS. It would be the same as putting [[Gecko_OS|Gecko OS]] or [[Wii_Brew:About|Wii Brew:About]]. Even though it's the name of the Wiki I assume it'd be the same.

It's no problem to have spaces in the name of a wiki, if you use wikimedia software that is (as most wikis do)
