Removing No-copy flag from save file

i just made a discovery!!!!!
if your disc isnt spinning when you turn the wii off it will leave wc24 on while not spinning the disc
like when you are in the HBC the disc isnt spinning then turn it off the wii will have the yellow light (which means wc24 is on)

Wait, what does that have to do with anything?

Just saying that you could still have wc24 on while the wii is off

Umm... dlc is not illegal long as you own the game.
Nintendo gives it to users as a reward and it's free
the wii automatically recieves it through WC24 therefore
it is not illegal to obtain it in "unoffiicial" ways
there are no codes to buy in store it is all nintendo software

DLC is illegal if you are using it without paying for it.

Data the Wii recieves through WC24 is not considered "DLC".
DLC is data you buy within games (see Mega Man 9 or Rock Band as examples)
It usually costs.
Even if it is free, that does not mean you are allowed to distribute it.
Therefore it would be illegal.

Oh sorry was just a little confused
the reason this would have been nice is that my animal crossing save file was corrupt and I lost all of my cool dsi benches and pikmin hats (which are free)
oh well sorry to have bothered anyone

Back on the original topic:
startpatch is supposed to be like starfall but with more patches and for 4.0
for no copy flags you will need v4.0.4
haven't tried it yet but am planning on doing so soon
ps: disc won't spin forever either (yay!!!)
