SD Card Support. Which System to use

I Currently have a 3.2 wii with bootmii and hbc 1.05 installed and I would like to update to a System menu that has SD card support for loading VC/WiiWare apps off of the SD card. Which system menu is the currently the recommended version for this? 4.0, 4.1 or 4.2.

Would just using NUSD to get the WAD get all of the update and required IOSes?

I would like to clarify a question that I had posted. If I download just the SM 4.1 from NUSD does that also include the IOSes that I need?

No you must download at least IOS 60. The System Menus 4.0 and 4.1 use it. Install the IOS first then the System Menu or you will brick.
