New big bad banner ad in the wiki main page

Isn't that annoying, but really, I think a "donation option" should be created some day.

To be honest, it also ticks me off.

Yeah it's pretty bad. Is it some kind of direct advertising? I think the google ads were less in-your-face. If money is needed I'm sure we can pool together and donate.

to be honest, i would of preferred the Homebrewware ads.

OMG, an ad blocker that really works!!! I really hate those big flash ads, they slow my PC down. Guess what? Not anymore!

YEAH! i just got it!

Ad Blocker plus is good, but there are better add-ons. Or at least ones that hold more potential. BTW, have you tried the Wyzo browser?

Well, the ones that are bundled with the Wyzo browser (and ported by the develpers to FF) are quite good and simple. FireTray lets you minimize to tray, and show downloads from tray if it's a large download, FireDownload is a simple download accelerator that you can choose to use when you download a file, and FireTorrent downloads torrents as if they were regular files. Then there's All-In-One Gestures and Sidebar for mouse gestures and a... sidebar respectively, Colourful Tabs is nice, Tab Scope is fairly good, gives you a preview of tabs, WOT gives warnings about dodgy sites, and Tiny Menu is good if you are trying to make your own style of Firefox and stuff. Oh, and DownloadHelper. Downloads stuff off Youtube by clicking it's icon, convieniently next to the title. Even converts it to all sorts of file formats including MP3 .(MP3 needs registration on Windows.)
