Question about htm ?????????

So I got this email that was supposed to have pics in it but instead the files are htm??? And whenever I try to open them a big screen shows up with just a bunch of weird letters and symbols...So my question is..Is their any way to actually view the pics or not....dont know if this matters but the pics were taken on a Cingular phone then put onto the comp to email them to me

What e-mail program are you using? What program is the person who sent them using?

If you put the pictures on the computer from the phone and they display then it sounds like it's an issue with gmail. Try sending to Yahoo or another free service.

Also make sure the the pictures are in a standard format such as .. jpeg, png, tiff or bmp.

i tried forwarding it to yahoo but its the same thing....when she looks at them on her comp their fine but when i get them its like i stated...so im at a loss

How about uploading them to a service like facebook or photobucket?

Sure you're in the right place? You've only posted 4 messages on this forum about not being able to view photos. Do you know this is a forum for Wii development and homebrew? We don't mind helping you out but just wondering if this right place for you to solve your issue.

why don't you try renaming the .htm files to .jpg?

sry i have another user name i forgot it tho lol...so i made a new one

renaming the .htm files to .jpg worked!!!!! thank you so much that did it!!!
