Still free NES game for buying internet channel?

Is Nintendo still offering the free NES game? I haven't gotten around to it yet, and now I'm thinking I'll upgrade my system from 3.2 to 4.2, update the shop channel, and get the free game. Sounds like a plan?

I think it is still available. If you dont have any points, there is no harm in trying.
