Is there something like Game Genie for XBOX 360

I haven't used game genie or anything like it since the NES day. I like playing FPS games but i suck at them. I want to be able to use it playing locally on my console not over XBOX live. So I am looking for something that would give extra ammunition or life for a single player game. Thanks.

Nope. Everything on the Xbox 360 is signed. There is an exploit to run unsigned code (the JTAG hack) but that requires that you are on an old system version. Even with the JTAG hack I don't know of any cheat application for 360, I suspect you would have to hack the game's binaries yourself.
