Can US Wii's Get PAL + JAP Channel's From Gifting?

If I could get someone from Europe to get friend codes, could he/she gift me a Europe channel without having to use AnyRegion Changer n stuff? Same with Japan? Or has Nintendo already prevented this?

No. There is no [legal] way to get another region's channel and even if you could, you must patch your system menu to be region-free.

If you really want out of region channels, you can get them, provided you are willing to go to enough effort (there is a legal way to do it, but it isn't exactly easy). Of course, the first question I should ask is have you purchased anything from the shop channel already? If you haven't, deleting your shop account will not be a big deal.

By the way, some of the free channels can be downloaded with NUS Downloader. Be sure to have it pack them into WADs. Before installing these channels on your wii, install Priiloader and enable the region free channels patch. Then, install the channels with a WAD installer.
