Whats your favorite operating system?

I love Mac Os!
Vista is just a pain in the ass to use; it's slightly better than Windows 95/2000, but worse than XP.

i love xp, but im getting a laptop soon and i think i might try linux. i want to know which distro is the easiest to set up. if it matters at all, the laptop is a dell inspiron 1100, 1150, or 5150. i don't know because my dad fixes laptops he gets off ebay. cheap, but ill live with it. but the main thing ill be doing on it is animating, rom editing and running emulators

Hmm, laptop, huh? For Linux beginners, it's probably best Ubuntu, but you need some luck to install it with all your hardware working. I recommend OpenSUSE. Easy to install and to use, and works flawlessy with my notebook...

ummmmm.... Ubuntu? Ok. Im not goin to college anytime soon so i wont get pissed at it and drop out lol. I know animating doesn't fit with the other 2, but im makin my own stick figures on crack-esque stuff.
