Backup Launcher wont use Ocarina

Title says it all. I turn on ocarina in backup launcher gamma and it says that the codes applied but the codes didnt apply.
Do I have to install any stuff or is it the backup DVD? (I am using a DVD+R disc)

Do NOT talk about backups here!!! they are not supported here and never will be. We cant help you here.
