HomeBrew Apps help with pictures

Below is what i get when i run homebrew on my wii 4.3u


i got those apps from the homebrew browser now on my sd its diffrent
under the apps folder i have these files

So can someone help me with this

also im trying to download wad manager and wiiflow for 4.3u
anyone got links ive looked all over nothing helped not even youtube
and also it would help alot if u uplaoded to mediafire a folder zipped with the things i need to have in my sd card its a 4gig sdhc and i have a 2g sd as well <3 thank you
