English to Japanese Brick!

I really need some help here!

I was following the process of modding my Wii to play back up games. I was downgrading the cIOS as it said... and now my entire system is in Japanese, and I'm from Canada! I need to figure out how to change it. I was able to find the place to format it, but it's still in Japanese. And there doesn't seem to be some kind of Region or Language changer. Can anyone help me?

You could try running the cIOS downgrader again, and selecting the correct region (It would be the 3.xU). That might help you....

Also, you should use this experience as a lesson to not mess with piracy and/or illegal interactions, or else you might completely mess something up......

you could try AnyRegionChanger (available on all good homebrew sites) and tell us what settings it gives you, Area and menu region in particular

Just a little tip GBAFail (GBATemp) guides are generally fail and illegal. You will probably end up bricking your wii like a lot of people on there. Thats why we call it GBAFail.
