a little help playing games.

Yeah i got my HBc running a got like Ciso and usb laoder on it too but i cant figure out how to play games.
i know about the burning to dvd +/- R with that img burner but i cant burn it atm.
is there a way to make it like psp where you drag and drop your iso into your Sd card and play it from there?
also if i wanna play out of region games such as Monster hunter do i need the region free stuff?
