im not entirely sure, so im posting here before i do anything, but what is wiibrew's take on injecting wads with homebrew, and roms. becausei personally find wads more convienent. if its accepted, then i might make some of the more popular games into wads, for ppl, i just need some help re routing ppl back to the wii menu instead of going to a code screen, unfixible wihtout unplugging the wii

Well, for a start, distributing copyright material is illegal...

Hes talking about the banners... they use Nintendo's copyrighted code...

Not just that. The VC emulators are copyrighted material too, and I think some ROMs still fall under copyright (that will probably depend on if the original developer/producer/etc. are still in existance). So distributing any part of it will probably be illegal.

However, if you wrote a tool that accepted a VC WAD and a ROM image as parameters and combined them together into a new WAD, you wouldn't have any problems distributing that.
