Cannot install Hackmii

I tried installing the new version of the HBC (I had Version 1.0.3 updating to 1.0.6) and it said I couldn't because it says theirs no known vulnerable IOS installed. So I asked some people on a different forum for some help and unfortunately nothing worked. So as a last bid of hope I upgraded to system menu 4.2 from 4.1 through DOP-Mii and now I can no longer access bootmii/priiloader or the HBC. I put hackmii on my SD card and tried installing it and it loaded but once again it said that theirs no known vulnerable IOS installed. Can anyone help me?

try updating all versions of IOS to the latest. Usually this error is caused by every IOS having the trucha bug, which usually means you downgraded (why would you do that, no offense, but it's the source of a lot of problems), or you installed cIOScrap

That being said, the 4.2 update removes bootmii as boot2, and Preloader moves the system menu, and inserts itself in it's place, so if you installed the 4.2 system menu, you overwrote Priiloader

I didn't downgrade but I did install cIOS when I first hacked my wii.
So should I get nusd and package all the IOS's into wads and install them?

Use bannerbomb v2, and dop-mii v12
Bannerbomb dop-mii
Select ios250, press A
Select ios, mios, bc, press A
Install ios34-3348 without patches
Install from NUS if your online
If your offline, install from SD- use NUS downloader to get ios34 wad and put in sd:\wad

Then run the hackmii installer

I followed this guide which I'm not going to post the link because of some of the illegal content
