Wad Manager v1.3 help

I have FW 3.3U and I'm trying to install Wad Manager v1.3. When I run it i get Error! (ret = -2011). The root of my SD card has this:

apps>[3587]Wad_Manager_v1.3(>boot.dol, icon, meta), IOS-Downgrader_v1(>boot.dol, icon, meta), wadmanagerios16(>boot.dol)

WAD>cios_fix.wad, IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad

Is something misplaced? or am I missing something? Plz help. When I run either WM v1.3 or wadmanagerios16 i get that same error mention above.

Discussion of WADs including the WAD manger are not permitted on this forum.

Furthermore, looking at your SD card setup shows me you are trying "the dangerous method" to get backups working on your wii. Backup discussion is not permitted on this forum either.
