Please Help Wii Wont Load Store bought games

Ok Here is what i have done and what is happening.

I had wii System version 3.4U I installed Twilight Hack, attempted install of DvdX erorr installing dvd stub,
Now I Went to youtube and followed this Downgrade Tutorial [Arikado Edit: Links Removed]

My Wii Now Says system version 3.2u but it will not load a store bought game, it will install dvdx, backuplauncher [Phrase Removed] hook will load a store bought game.

also everytime i try to connect to internet it has no decline option for the update process so i have tos reboot and i cant use any game online or it tries to upgrade and does not give me option to decline.

Dont link to other peoples downgrading stuff. Dont tell us what launcher you're using.
