USB Loader GX doesn't work and load Wii games

Hi everybody

I hacked my Wii on 4.3E, and I installed USB Loader GX.
I get MarioKartWii.iso and I installed with WBFS Manager 3.0, but when I launch USB Loader GX, It doesn't search my USB Key and my game...
