Backup game screen turns green

I may have done something wrong. I had to downgrade 3.4U to 3.2U and after some configurations I finally have the apps I need as DVDx and Wad manager. As I load a backup game into the console I go to HBC click on a backup laucher. As it loads it says no info from SD card and goes green. I noticed when I was in Any region changer that there is a mismatch between system and browser. Can someone make any sense of this and help me?
