save game installer error

when I use the save game installer to copy my save from the SD card to the wii memory(Castlevania Judgement), I get an error-1. can someone help me?

You're not on a compatible firmware. (I assume you're on 3.3v2 or 3.4?)

yes, i have 3.3U. this is the version 2 or 1?
what can I do? I will be able to use or not?

Why couldn't you just copy the save from the Wii to SD card using the Wii's Data Management?

because you can not copy saves of games like Castlevania, Mario Kart, SSBB...

Oh, right... I was only aware of Brawl and MKWii
Gecko OS (Reboot with hooks) lets you copy those but I don't know if it works on 3.3 (It doesn't on 3.4)

to copy this saves is supposed to be using this app. yes, with Gecko OS it works,
but there are some data files have different format

no gecko os's rebooter only works with 3.3v1 and under
