WiiEngine- PC Engine CD support

Hermes released a new emulator for PC Engine with full cd support!

Sadly, the 2 cds i got that i tried out, had a 5-10 second delay on the audio (noticeable during the opening of Rondo of Blood) and some sound effects seems to be missing.

If anyone figures out a solution on these issues, share them!
