GeeXboX not working

I have the same problem, but I dont know how to fix. Can you help me? When I start running GEEXBOX the screen is black.

I got it to work by waiting for the flashing light in the corner of the homebrew channel to stop blinking
then I load up the channel and it works

yes It works now :) only "Return to the main menu" is not working
