StartPatch v4.3.1U Error -1029

I'm on system menu 4.3 and trying to the the app, but when I load it with cIOS 249, it says, "Es_Identify ErrorError: -1029.".
Any help is appreciated.

We don't support cIOSes anymore. Try Priiloader for hacks instead.
