FCE Ultra - Zapper + Controller

Would it be possible to add an option to emulate both the zapper and an nes controller in FCE Ultra? The reason I ask is because in Duck Hunt on the NES you could use the zapper in port 1 and a controller in port 2. The controller in port 2 would (lazily) control the ducks in 1 Duck mode. FCE Ultra pretty much supports everything else the NES did (aside from the unusual accessories like ROB), so it would only seem natural for FCE Ultra to allow this as well. I'm not sure if any other games made use of a controller as well as the zapper.

Oh. Well, nevermind. I tried it and didn't think it was working. Are there any other games that make use of it?
